Contemplate the absurdity of reason and the folly of enlightenment in your black light grotto with this re-imagining of Francisco Goya’s The Sleep of Reason Produces Monsters. This classic image, rendered here as a neon screen print, was created by Trifecta’s own Helen Popinchalk as part of her dream to recreate all 80 of Goya’s historic Los Caprichos etchings as dayglow posters.
This 6-color screen print was created using hand-cut rubylith stencils, split-fountain fades and drawing fluid on 140lb Construction White French Paper. It measures 18 x 24” and is signed and numbered by Helen.
